Star Beauty School LLC is certified to operate in Virginia by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) and licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Professional Occupational Regulation (DPOR) to qualify graduates for State Licensure in Cosmetology.
